Historic Seaman Race
for 'pre 1941 Racing Cars
The Historic Seaman trophy race is
for single-seat Grand Prix Racing Cars of the 1930s and 'Voiturette' racers. Dick Seaman, whom the trophy is named after won this trophy for
third place in the 1938 Donington Grand Prix in his Grand Prix
Mercedes. One can expect to see contemporary Maserati, Alfa
Romeo and Bugatti cars in this race. The favourites, however,
although not Grand Prix cars are the ERA Voiturettes which are
usually at the front of the field.
